What is your return policy?

If you purchased the wrong product and need to return it, we charge a 20% restocking fee. If the order was shipped incorrect on our part, we will ship a new order without any additional charge.

How long have you been in business?

We have been selling labels wordwide since 2006

Can we setup and account and invoice our order?

Yes, please contact us to get a pre-approved account. We have a net 30 policy.

Can we use our own FedEx account number?

Yes, please add that during the checkout and choose the shipping option “Use customer FedEx account”

Do you provide bulk discounts?

Yes, we do. Please contact us for large volume orders and will send you a quote. If possible, we will beat any competitor pricing.
