Keep inspection and QA workflows clear with quality control labels that show a part's status at a glance. Mark parts, cartons, pallets and paperwork as accepted, rejected, inspected or on hold, and add a name and date so every decision is traceable through production and receiving.

Choosing size and color

Use the 1 1/4" x 2 1/2" labels on small parts, bins and paperwork, and the 2" x 4" or 2 1/2" x 4" labels on cartons and pallets where they must be seen from across the floor. All QC labels are printed on paper with a permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive and come 500 per roll, ready for high-volume inspection areas.

Quality control labels FAQ

What color is a QC rejected label?

Most QC programs use red for rejected, green for accepted and orange for items on hold. Our labels follow the same pattern, so status reads the same across every shift.

What should a quality control label include?

At minimum, the status, the inspector's name or initials, and the date. The Accepted By, Rejected By and Inspected By labels have write-in lines for these details.

Can I color code inventory as well?

Yes. Pair QC labels with color-coded labels and inventory dots to track lots, dates or locations.
